Spaces are taking on new shapes: offices are opening up to social interaction, homes now feature dedicated corners for remote work, and hotels are evolving into places of work, connection, and relationships. In this transformation, design must also evolve, adapting to new functions and blending seamlessly into these emerging habitats.

Sitia – with MM Company as its creative direction – interprets this shift through a vision expressed in a video manifesto. A visual narrative that portrays design as a human gesture: alive, dynamic, and in motion. The brand’s philosophy is captured in the payoff “the human contract.” More than just a slogan, it is a guiding principle: from people, for people. It conveys the need to forge a meaningful bond between individuals and the spaces they inhabit, an ideal pact between places and people.
